Changes to pickup routes this July New easy ways to great days out!

We're making some important changes to our day excursion pickup routes from Friday 1st July which you need to be aware of

Due to changes at the Notcutts Garden Centre car park we are unfortunately unable to operate our coaches into the site from Friday 1st July 2016. Because of this we are now unable to offer this pickup point to our customers.

We have worked hard to secure a new site with parking in Norwich and are pleased to be working with Konectbus to offer new and improved pickups at Harford Park and Ride on weekdays and Saturdays and Thickthorn Park and Ride on Sundays.

To make sure you are ready for the change, we've put together this page with all the information you need.

What to do if you already have a booking with us and were being collected from Notcutts

Await postal confirmation from us. An updated confirmation is on its way to you along with an information pack of how the change will affect you. Your pickup point has been automatically changed to either Harford Park and Ride (If your excursion is on a weekday or Saturday) or Thickthorn Park and Ride (If your excursion is on a Sunday). If you think you should have received a letter but have not yet, please call us on 01603 754155 - all letters are expected to be with customers by Monday 20th June.

Why have you changed the pickup point?

The change of pickup points is due to changes at the Notcutts Garden Centre site. We are unable to use spaces and get safe access by coach.

Is parking still free?

Yes! You do not need to pay for parking or make the site management aware that you are there. Simply turn up, park at the lower end of the site (Furtherst from the entrance) and wait at the shelter for the coach.

What are the benefits of these new sites?

The sites are safer being covered by Closed Circuit Television and have around 1000 hard standing spaces for you to park in. Undercover waiting facilities are available

Is it safe to park my car at the new sites?

As with Notcutts Garden Centre, parking at the site is at the customer's risk. However, Harford and Thickthorn Park and Ride sites are both fully covered by Closed Circuit Television. The Norwich Park and Ride scheme boasts the Park Safe accreditation, which recognises the safety and security of parking sites.

Can I get my car out of the site after it closes?

The sites are locked when the last Park and Ride bus departs. Our drivers will have key access to the sites after this point so you will be able to get you car out of the site. As you exit the site the barrier may be closed, approach this slowly with care and the barrier will rise automatically to let you out. Exit one car at a time under the barrier.
