It gives us great pleasure to offer the opportunity to relive the golden days at the Beamish Great North Steam Fair, a celebration of all things steam in the famous Beamish Living museum.
Day 1: Joining the coach from a convenient local joining point, we travel to Durham and the Marriott Royal County Hotel, for a relaxing two-night stay.
Day 2: Today we visit Beamish and the Great Northern Steam Fair. With vintage vehicles, steam rollers, traction engines, stationary engines, the great colliery winding engine and guest appearances of fabulous machines.
Day 3: After breakfast, we visit York, you may wish to visit the National Railway Museum, the Jorvik Centre, walk the city walls or explore the narrow streets and alleyways around the Shambles.
