After spending the morning in Bedford, where it is market day, we make our way to Kathy Brown's Garden for a personal fully guided tour.
Spread over four acres of land there are over thirty themed areas to explore. The garden has been developed by Kathy and her husband for the past twenty years and has been the winner of numerous awards and recognitions.
Mid July will be lovely; the art gardens, containers, cottage garden and wild flower meadow will each be full of colour, interest and wild life; of special interest are the show of late flowering clematis.
Light refreshments from Kathy's homemade flower themed menu are included.
