Day 1: Meeting the coach from your local joining points, we travel to the Cumberland Hotel in Bournemouth, for our fun-filled three-night stay! After dinner, join us for this evening’s entertainment.
Day 2: In the morning we travel to the attractive town of Lyndhurst, in the heart of the New Forest. Lyndhurst is the largest village in the New Forest and became the natural 'capital' of the area when William the Conqueror established his hunting grounds here. For centuries, Lyndhurst was the haunt of royalty, nobility and commoner alike. Kings and Queens regularly visited Lyndhurst’s own manor house. Now known as Queens House, the former manor is still home to Verderers’ Hall, the meeting place of the ancient Verderers’ Court whose history stretches back to at least the 13th century. A must for any visitor is the New Forest Centre which is home to the New Forest Museum, Gift Shop, Reference Library and Visitor Information Centre. The museum gives a unique insight into the Forest's history and heritage. Later we return to Bournemouth in time for lunch, and maybe a stroll along the promenade. After dinner, join us for this evening’s entertainment. Tonight is our gala night with our charity raffle and a few surprises! Make sure you dress to impress.
Day 3: This morning we travel along the Dorset countryside to the resort of Weymouth, with its quaint little back streets that wind around the old harbour and the magnificent sweep of Weymouth Bay. This afternoon we make our way to Portland Bill before we return to our hotel. After dinner, join us for this evening’s entertainment.
Day 4: After breakfast we begin our journey homewards, stopping for an included lunch en-route. Later we return to Norfolk and our local joining points, after a fantastic weekend of fun and frolics!
