Day 1: From your local joining point we make our departure south to Eastbourne, arriving at the Haddon Hall Hotel for 4 nights dinner, bed & breakfast.
Day 2: We drive along Beachy Head, through the Cuckmere valley to explore Brighton at leisure. Enjoy a stroll along the Pier, visit the Royal Pavilion and take a flight on the brand new British Airways i360. The city is also home to a cornucopia of cultural delights as well as big name shops and hundreds of independent boutiques. On our return to the hotel, we pay a visit to the pretty village of Alfriston, nestled in the Cruckmere valley, with St Andrews Church 'the Cathedral of the South Downs' well worth a visit.
Day 3: This morning we visit the medieval town of Rye. The cobbled streets and narrow passages reveal architectural treasures among beautifully preserved Medieval, Tudor and Georgian buildings. Following our visit, we continue to Hastings a medieval Cinque Ports. Hastings has long had a close relationship with the ocean, and although the fishing industry has declined, it still has Europe's largest beach launched fishing fleet.
Day 4: Day at leisure to explore. One of the great things about Eastbourne is that everything is close to the seafront, including the town centre – making many of the key attractions readily accessible.
Day 5: After breakfast, we make our way back to Norfolk, dropping you off at your chosen joining point.
